THEACO ROAD AND EARTHWORKS has the capacity to expand its personnel and equipment fleet to meet the construction demands of a particular project or client.

A major part of THEACO’S training and development program involves recruiting unskilled and semi skilled members from surrounding township regions and training these people on site to enable them to complete their own contracts as self-employed entrepreneurs.  This program has resulted in the social up-liftment of several zones within the township area, and this is indicative of the commitment THEACO has towards giving something “back” to the region it operates in
